Martin.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Gratia H, Martin, dependent mother of Carlos Martin, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment of Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and of Company C, Eighth Regiment of Vermont Volunteer infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month.
