Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Spangler, dependent mother of John Spangler, private in Company A, Ninth Ohio Cavalry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, May 7, 1898.
