Dull, who, while yet a minor, was enlisted as a landsman in the United States ship Ætna for service during the war with Mexico, so as to relieve him from the charge of desertion, dated June third, eighteen hundred and forty-eight, and that said John 0. Dull be given an honorable discharge from that date Approved, May 7, 1898.
