May 5, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the Unites States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the NavyJohn Fox.Change of record of. be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to change the record o John Fox, a landsman of the United States steamer Queen, so as to appear, “Nativity, New York City, and a volunteer,” instead of as the record shows, to wit, “Nativity, Montreal, Canada, and a substitute.
