Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitation of the pension laws, the name of Moritz Tschoepe, late of Company C, Twenty-fourth Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers, and pay him a pension of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension now being paid him. Approved, April 27, 1898.
