Wagoner.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of John C. Wagoner, late chief packer, Custer’s expedition against the Indians, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States, and to pay said John C. Wagoner a pension of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, April 27, 1898.
