Robinson.Pension. Interior be, and-is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cora L. Robinson, widow of Leonidas L. Robinson, late third lieutenant in the Revenue-Cutter Service, who was drowned June sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, at Icy Bay, Alaska, by the capsizing of a boat while attempting to land the Mount Saint Elias exploring party from the United States revenue steamer Bear, and to pay to her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month.
