Scutt.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of Elwin A. Scutt, late a private in Company I, One hundred and fifty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of sixteen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, April 15, 1898.
