Weltha Post-Leggett.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of Mrs. Weltha Post-Leggett, widow of Major-General Mortimer D. Leggett, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1898.
