Cooper.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William P. Cooper, late a member of Company A, First Regiment of Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll and pay him a pension of fifty dollars a month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1898.
