Webster.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William H. Webster, late lieutenant of Company I, Eighth Regiment New York Cavalry, upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and to pay him a pension of fifty dollars per month in lieu of any pension that may now be paid him. Approved, April 11, 1898.
