Cotton.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Sarah E. Cotton, late a hospital nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the passage of this bill. Approved, April 11, 1898.
