Patton, late first lieutenant of Company C, Fifth Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, by revoking the order of his dismissal and granting him an honorable discharge, to date September twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, April 4, 1898.
