CHAP. 119.— An Act Authorizing the transfer of a cannon from the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, to Grant Park, in Galena, Illinois.April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,*Galena, Ill.Cannon transferred to. That the Secretary of War be authorized and directed to cause to be transferred from the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, to Grant Park, in Galena, Illinois, a Confederate*Proviso.*Expense. cannon captured by the Forty-fifth Illinois Infantry: *Provided,* That the transfer shall be made without expense to the Government.
