CHAP. 985.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Henry Sprague.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Sprague.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Sprague, late a soldier in the war with Mexico, First United States Artillery, regular Army, also of eighteen years’ service as a marine in the Navy of the United States, and also a soldier from Vermont in the war of the rebellion, and to pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month from and after the passage of this, act, in lieu of the pension now received by him.
