CHAP. 910.— An act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to survey and mark the seventh standard parallel between the States of North and South Dakota.September 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,North and South Dakota.Secretary of Interior to have surveyed, etc., seventh standard parallel of public surveys between. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and is hereby, authorized to cause to be surveyed, ascertained, and distinctly marked, by suitable and permanent monuments, the seventh standard parallel of public surveys between the States of North Dakota and South Dakota, such survey to conform in all respects to the general system of public surveys of the United States.
Sec. 2. That for the purpose of carrying out the pro visions of this act the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, or so much thereof asAppropriation. may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
