CHAP. 891.— An act to provide for holding terms of the United States district and circuit courts in the State of Nebraska.August 14, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nebraska.Terms of court.[R. S., secs. 572, 658, pp. l60, 121](/us/rs/s572/658/ppl60/121). That hereafter there shall be held annually in the State of Nebraska a term of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the district of Nebraska at the times and places following:
At Omaha in said State on the second Monday in May and second Monday in November: in Lincoln on the second Monday in January; in Hastings on the second Monday in March and in Norfolk on the second Monday in April and a grand and petit jury may be summoned to serve at each of said terms of court hereby established. Sec. 2. That all writs, processes, pleas, recognizances and bondsProcess, etc. made or returnable to the terms of said courts as now provided by law shall be considered as taken and returnable to the terms established by this act.
