CHAP. 922.— An act for the relief of John Ellis.August 4, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Ellis.Payment to, for services as messenger 45th Congress. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay John 876 FORTY-NINTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 922–926. 1886. Ellis the sum of two hundred and ten dollars, in full for services rendered as messenger to the Forty-fifth Congress from October fifteenth eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, to February first, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight.
