CHAP. 909.— An act to restore to the pension-list the name of Abel Mishler, of Pennsylvania.August 4, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Abel Mishler.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, anti is hereby, authorized to restore to the pension-list the name of Abel Mishler, late first lieutenant of Company H, One hundred anti twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and quartertermaster of said Regiment.
