CHAP. 889.— An act to restore to the pension-roll the name of Samuel Bulman.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Bulman.Pension restored. That, the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Samuel Bulman, late a private in Company M, First Regiment Now York Volunteer Artillery, as dependent father of Dewitt C. Bulman, late a private in Company B, Twenty-eighth New York Volunteers.
