CHAP. 874.— An act granting a pension to Virginia Taylor Randall.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Virginia Taylor Randall.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Virginia Taylor Randall, widow of Lieutenant-Colonel Burton Randall, late a surgeon in the United States Army, and that she be paid a pension subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
