CHAP. 873.— An act for the relief of Warren L. Rice.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Warren L. Rice.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Warren L. Rice, late a private in Company F, Sixth Michigan Heavy Artillery, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 3, 1886. Chapter 874: granting a pension to Virginia Taylor Randall.
