CHAP. 860.— An act for the relief of William Hicks.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Hicks.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William Hicks, late of Company D, Fifth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 3, 1886.
