CHAP. 854.— An act granting a pension to Catharine Lanigan.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catharine Lanigan.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Catharine Lanigan, mother of John Lanigan, late of Company K, Twenty-third Illinois Volunteers, in the late war, at the rate of thirty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving.
