CHAP. 853.— An act for the relief of Mrs. Lizzie Maynadier Phelps, widow of Captain Seth Ledyard Phelps, late minister of the United States to Peru.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lizzie Maynadier Phelps.Payment to. That there be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to Mrs. Lizzie Maynadier Phelps, widow of Captain Seth Ledyard Phelps, late envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary of the United States to Peru, one year’s salary as said minister, from June twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
