CHAP. 850.— An act for the relief of Francis Gilbeau.August 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis Gilbeau.Payment to. That the sum of two thousand six hundred dollars is appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to the legal representatives of Francis Gilbeau, deceased, in full of claims against the United States for the rent of houses and other buildings belonging to said Gilbeau, in Galveston and San Antonio, Texas, during the years eighteen hundred and sixty-five and eighteen hundred and sixty-six.
