CHAP. 845.— An act for the relief of Margaret F. Ryan.August 2, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret F. Ryan.Pay in cut to, of back pay, bounty, etc., due George F. Colo, deceased. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Margaret F. Ryan, late widow of George F. Cole, late a private in Company F, Fifty-first Regiment of New York Infantry Volunteers, the amount due the said George F.
Cole for military services rendered by him from the fifteenth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the twenty-fifth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; also commutation for rations and clothing not drawn by him while a prisoner of war, from the thirtieth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the date of the discharge of his regiment from the service, July twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; and, further, to pay to her such bounty as she is by existing law entitled on account of the services of the said George F.
