CHAP. 839.— An act granting a pension to Katharina Nickert.July 31, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Katharina Nickert.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Katharina Nickert, widow of Jacob Nickert, late of Company C, First New York Cavalry Volunteers, and pay her a pension after the passage of this act.
