CHAP. 831.— An act granting a pension to Rebecca Hollingsworth Humphreys.July 31, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rebecca Hollingsworth Humphreys.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Rebecca Hollingsworth Humphreys, widow of Brigadier-General Andrew Atkinson Humphreys, deceased, late Chief of Engineers and brevet major-general of the United States Army, and to pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month.
