CHAP. 829.— An act granting a pension to Phœbe H. Meech.July 31, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Phœbe H. Meech.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phœbe H. Meech, widow of Horace J. Meech, late a second lieutenant in the Second Regiment New York Volunteers, in the Mexican war, and to pay to her, from and after the passage of this act, a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving.
