CHAP. 824.— An act granting an increase of pension to John Ryan.July 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Ryan.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of John Ryan, late First Lieutenant of Company F, Sixty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay to him a pension of seventeen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now paid to him, from and after the passage of this act.
