CHAP. 819.— An act granting a pension to Edward Corning.July 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward Corning.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edward Corning, late a lieutenant in the Eighty-fifth New York Volunteers, and afterwards commissioned captain and assistant quartermaster of volunteers.
