CHAP. 815.— An act to remove the political disabilities of Thomas R. Ware, of Virginia.July 29, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Thomas R. Ware.Political disabilities removed. That Thomas R. Ware, of the State of Virginia, is hereby relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and the same are hereby removed.
