CHAP. 796.— An act granting a pension to Sarah M. Carroll.July 26, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah M. Carroll.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Sarah M. Carroll, a nurse in the late war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars and fifty cents per month from the passage of this act.
