CHAP. 54.— An act granting a pension to Mrs. Adaline M. Putnam.Apr. 15, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Adaline M. Putnam.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Adaline M. Putnam, mother of the late Haldimand Sumner Putnam, late colonel of the Seventh New Hampshire Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollars per month.
