CHAP. 37.— An act for the relief of Frances McNeil Potter.Mar. 29, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frances McNeil Potter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pensions laws, to increase the pension of Frances McNeil Potter, daughter of the late General John McNeil, United States Army, from twenty to thirty dollars per month, said increase to take effect from and after the passage of this act.
