CHAP. 301.— An act increasing the pension of Isabella J. Ramsdell.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted- by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isabella J. Ramsdell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the rate of pension to Isabella J. Ramsdell, widow of David D. Ramsdell, who for over thirty years was a marine in the United States service, to thirty dollars per month.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
