CHAP. 266.— An act granting a pension to Albert L. Allen.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United •States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert L. Allen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert L. Allen, who was wounded while serving as a special agent of the Quartermaster’s Office.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
