CHAP. 237.— An act granting a pension to Andrew J. Putnam.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew Putnam.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew J. Putnam, late of Company A, One hundred and eighty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
