CHAP. 236.— An act granting a pension to John C. Frees.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John C. Frees.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll the FORTY-NINTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 236–239. 1886. 725 name of John C. Frees, late of Company I, One hundred and twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and that he receive, fifteen dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.] Chapter 237: granting a pension to Andrew J.
