CHAP. 194.— An act granting a pension to James T. Caskey.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James T. Caskey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James T. Caskey, late a private in Company G, Forty-fifth Regiment Kentucky Mounted Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of existing pension laws.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
