CHAP. 164.— An act granting a pension to Jesse H. Gaines.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate find House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jesse H. Guinea.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse H. Gaines, late first lieutenant of Company G, Second Regiment Michigan Volunteers.
