CHAP. 163.— An act granting a pension to Levi Koontz.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Levi Koontz.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi Koontz, dependent father of Alfred Koontz, deceased, formerly of Company D, Thirty-ninth Regiment of Iowa Volunteers.
