CHAP. 153.— An act granting a pension to Elijah W. Putney.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elijah W. Putney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elijah W. Putney, late of Company I, Second Regiment of Minnesota Cavalry. Approved, May 7, 1886.
