CHAP. 146.— An act for the relief of Peter Tower.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Peter Tower.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Peter Tower, late a member of the Eighth New York Heavy Artillery, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
