CHAP. 141.— An act granting a pension to Mrs. Lizzie E. Cooney.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lizzie E. Cooney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lizzie E. Cooney, widow of George W. Cooney, late of Company C, Twenty-second Regiment Iowa Volunteers.
