CHAP. 121.— An act granting a pension to Phebe Saunders.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Phebe Saunders.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the. pension laws, the name of Phebe Saunders, widow of John B. Saunders, late of Company K, One hundred and forty-third New York Volunteers.
