CHAP. 115.— An act to place the name of Thomas G. Newman on the pension-roll.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas G. Newnam.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed to place the name of Thomas G. Newnam, late of Company K, Ninth Missouri Regiment State Militia Cavalry, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws of the United States.
