CHAP. 98.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of William B. Taliaferro of Virginia.May 22, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,William B. Tal-iaferro.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed upon William B. Taliaferro, of the State of Virginia by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States, be and the same are hereby removed. Approved, May 22, 1880.
