CHAP. 97.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Thomas L. Harrison of Mobile, Alabama.May 22, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein}*,Thomas L. Harrison. That all political disabilities imposed upon Thomas L. Harrison, of Mobile,Political disabilities. Alabama, by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United Sta'es, bo, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, May 22, 1880.
